Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J.
On account of death of the learned counsel for the appellant the card notice was issued to the appellant to engage another counsel.
As per office report the service of notice is sufficient on the appellant nos.7, 8 and 9, whereas the appellant nos.1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 10 have been reported dead. Neither anybody has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant nos.7, 8 and 9 nor any application for substitution has been filed in regard to the remaining appellants who have died, therefore the appeal stands abated on their behalf.
In view of above, the appeal is dismissed for the appellant nos.1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 10 as abated and for want of prosecution on behalf of the appellant nos.7, 8 and 9.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
