On account of death of learned counsel for the appellant Card notice was sent to the appellant to engage another counsel.
As per office report dated 19.01.2024 the Card notice has been received back with the remark 'dead'. Neither anybody has appeared on behalf of the appellant nor any application for substitution on account of death of sole appellant has been filed, therefore this appeal has abated.
Dismissed accordingly.
The order has been passed in presence of Shri Avadhesh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents.
