1. The respondent has already put in appearance, therefore, notice need not be issued.

The appellant's Counsel submitted that there is a possibility of amicable settlement in case the respondent is agreeable, to which the Counsel for the respondent says that his client has no difficulty in participating in mediation proceedings so as to make an effort to resolve all the disputes as several cases have been filed between the parties. The respondent's Counsel states that the respondent is already paying maintenance as ordered by the court below and shall continue to do so.

1. Let the appellant and respondent appear before the Mediator at the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court on 18.04.2024 whereupon the Mediator shall hold mediation proceedings and submit his report before the next date.
