Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J.
On account of death of learned counsel for sole appellant, the card notice was issued to the appellant to engage another counsel.
As per office report, the notice was served personally, however none has put in appearance on his behalf.
In view of above, it appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter.
The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed for non prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
