This appeal is taken up today in the National Lok Adalat organized in the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow premises. The parties appeared and they agreed to get the appeal decided in terms of compromise, which shall form part of award. Appellant will get Rs. 3,00,000/(Rupees Three Lakh only), full & final satisfaction of her claim from respondent 5. The respondent no.5 shall ensure the making of compromised award good before the Tribunal below within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the said amount or part is already deposited in the Court, then the appellant shall also be entitled for the entire interest of M.A.C.T. Bank account as per Rule on the deposited amount. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of and amount if any deposited in this Court be remitted to the Tribunal below.
