This delayed appeal has been filed alongwith application for condonation of delay. However, the explanation given in the affidavit filed in support of the application for condonation of delay is only upto 26.11.2023, whereas the appeal has been filed on 18.01.2024.
As prayed by learned counsel for the appellants, two weeks time is granted to file supplementary affidavit with further explanation for delay in support of the application for condonation of delay.
