This appeal is taken up today in the National Lok Adalat organized in the High Court Lucknow Bench premises. The parties appeared and they agreed to get the appeal decided in terms of compromise, which shall form part of award. Appellants will get Rs.3,25,000/-(Rupees three lakhs twenty five thousands only), in addition to awarded amount paid by respondent no.3 (Shriram General Insurance Co. Ltd.) to appellants, full & final satisfaction of their claim from respondent no.3. The respondent no.3 shall ensure the making of compromised award good before the Tribunal below within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the said amount or part is already deposited in the Court, then the appellants shall also be entitled for the entire interest of MACT Bank account as per Rule on the deposited amount. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of and amount if any deposited in this Court be remitted to the Tribunal below.
