Shri Amit Kumar, Advocate holding brief of Shri Manoj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the appellant prays for adjournment on the ground that he is out of station today.
Shri Jay Krishna Shukla, learned counsel for the respondents opposes the prayer for adjournment on the ground that on the last occasion the case was got adjourned on the ground of illness of Shri Chandra Kishore, another counsel of the appellant and it is only delaying tactics to get the case adjourned by one or the other counsel.
In view of above, since there is no request for adjournment on behalf of Shri Chandra Kishore, learned counsel for the appellant the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
