Shri Syed Masood Sajjad, learned counsel for the appellants is reported to be ill.
Perusal of order sheet indicates that the case is being got repeatedly adjourned by learned counsel for the appellants, therefore, while adjourning the case on the last date, this Court vide order dated 20.09.2024 had made it clear that the case shall not be adjourned on the next date on any ground, which is extracted hereinbelow:-
