This appeal has been filed against the judgment and award dated 18.07.2024 passed in Case No.OA(IIU)/ GKP/2021/129;Bhagelu versus Union of India by Railway Claims Tribunal, Gorakhpur Bench, Gorakhpur.
On being asked as to how this appeal is maintainable before this Court, learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appeal may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh before the appropriate Court.He further prayed that the certified copy/copies of the orders annexed with this appeal may be directed to be returned to learned counsel for the appellants.
In view of above, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
Office is directed to return the certified copy/copies of the orders annexed with this appeal to learned counsel for the appellants after keeping the photocopy of the same on record.
