Instant defective Criminal Revision has been preferred against the impugned ex-parte judgment/order dated 2.7.2022 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra in Maintenance Case No. 1501 of 2021 (Smt. Meera Rajpoot vs. Dhirendra Kumar) whereby maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- has been awarded in favour of opposite party No. 2 who is wife of the revisionist.
As per report of Stamp Reporting Section the present revision is delayed by 599 days.
None has appeared on behalf of opposite party no.2. to file objection on the application for condonation of delay.
Issue notice to respondent No.2, for filing counter affidavit, returnable at an early date through CJM, concerned.
