Heard Shri Nadeem Murtaza, learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State-respondents.
After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for revisionist prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the criminal revision with liberty to pursue other remedies that may be available to him under law.
Learned counsel for respondents has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the revisionist.
Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
