Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.
After arguing the matter at some length, Shri Avnish Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for revisionist prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant criminal revision at this stage with liberty to file fresh.
Learned counsel for respondents has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the revisionist.
Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
