Considering the specific averments made in paragraph 7 of the affidavit filed in support of revision that the revisionist and the alleged victim got married on 04.03.2022 on their own free will and consent and have got a marriage certificate, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the petition as such it is provided that till the next date of listing, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in pursuance to the order impugned dated 29.06.2024.
