Sri Mata Prasad Yadav, learned counsel for the revisionist, after arguing at some length, states that he does not intend to press the instant revision and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the revisionist to move appropriate application in pending Writ Petition No35329 of 2019 (MS) in re: Bhallar Ali vs. State of U.P. and others.
Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
