2. Sri Udai Pratap Singh, holding brief of Sri Harendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the revisionist after arguing at some length prays that he does not want to press the instant revision and prays that the instant revision may be dismissed with liberty to avail other remedies including the remedy of filing an application under Section 127 Cr.P.C. before the court concerned.
3. Considering the aforesaid, the revision is dismissed . It is provided that in case the application under Section 127 Cr.P.C. is filed before the Court concerned, the court concerned shall proceed to consider the same in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned, provided there is no legal impediment.
