1. Heard Sri R.P. Singh, learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. Sri R.P. Singh, learned counsel for the revisionist after arguing at some length states that he does not want to press the instant revision and prays that he would be filing an application under Section 127 Cr.P.C. and this Court may direct the learned court below to decide the application within specified time to which learned A.G.A. does not have any objection.
3. Accordingly, the instant revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file the application under Section 127 Cr.P.C. It is further provided that if such an application is filed before the learned Court below, the learned court below shall proceed to decide the application in accordance with law after hearing the parties concerned provided there is no legal impediment.
