2. Issue notice to respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Considering the arguments raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is provided that in case the petitioner pays the maintenance as directed vide judgment and order dated 30.03.2024 with effect from 30.03.2024 itself month to month, then arrears which has been directed to be paid since the date of filing of the case, shall remain stayed.
4. Respondents may file objections within 3 weeks to which reply may be filed within next one week.
5. List thereafter.
6. It is provided that in case the revisionist fails to pay maintenance as directed above, he shall not be entitled to the benefit of this order. Order Date :- 2.7.2024
