Sri Avanindra Singh Parihar has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the revisionist which is taken on record.
Sri Arvind Kumar Pandey, the learned A.G.A is present and no body has put in appearance on behalf of the opposite party no. 2.
The learned counsel for the revisionist has submitted that a copy of a letter dated 24.03.2022 sent by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow to the Director, CIMAP, the employer of the revisionist, stating that the opposite party no. 2- Smt. Maheshi Bisht had expired on 24.04.2021 and, therefore, there is no need for deduction of maintenance amount from the revisionist's salary.
As the opposite party no. 2 has died on 24.04.2021, the revision stands abated .
Accordingly, the revision is consigned to record.
