Heard learned Counsel for the revisionist and learned AGA for the State.
Learned Counsel for the revisionist submits that the revisionist is willing to subscribe the process of mediation.
Issue notice to respondent no.2 returnable at an early date. Steps be taken within a week.
The revisionist is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10000/- before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, out of which Rs.5000/- shall be paid to respondent no. 2 as and when she appears before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and the remaining amount i.e. Rs.5,000/- to be retained by the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Respondent no. 2 as well as revisionist is directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 04th July, 2024.
