Instant criminal revision has been preferred by the revisionist against the impugned judgement order dated 1.06.2024, passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Kasganj in Case No. 566 of 2020 (Smt. Tulsa vs Alok), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Sahawar District Kasganj whereby the revisionist is directed to pay Rs.4000/- per month maintenance to the applicant/respondent No.2 Smt. Tulsa from the date of filing of application.
Issue notice to respondent No.2, for filing counter affidavit, returnable at an early date through CJM, concerned.
