1. The instant criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the revisionist, namely, Sabir Husain against the order dated 10.06.2024 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Charkhari, Mahoba in Criminal Misc. Case No. 34 of 2024 (Sabir Husain Versus Mazhar Ali and others), Police Station Charkhari, District Mahoba, whereby application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. of the revisionist has been dismissed.

1. Ms. Fatima Anjum, learned Advocate, holding brief of Mr. Syed Ahmed Faizan, learned counsel for the revisionist after advancing some arguments and on putting certain query by this Court submits that the revisionist may be permitted to withdraw this criminal revision with liberty to file a complaint before the concerned court below.

1. Learned Additional Government Advocate for the State has no objection to such prayer of the revisionist.

1. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the revisionist at the Bar, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
