The present criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C. has been filed against the impugned order dated 20.4.2024 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bulandshahr in Criminal Misc. Case No. 397 of 2023 (Rekha vs. Jeetu) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Khurja Nagar, District Bulandshahr by which the learned Principal Judge has dismissed the case of the revisionist.
Issue notice to the opposite party no. 2 returnable at an early date.
