Hon'ble Dinesh Pathak,J.
- It has been submitted that maintenance amount granted by the family court is not commensurate with the income of the present revisionist. It is further submitted that his income has been speculated considering him to be a colonizer whereas he is simply doing measurement work along with colonizer and he is getting salary very less in comparison to the maintenance granted by the court. Vide order impugned dated 28.2.2024, wife has been granted Rs. 8,000/- per mensem and minor daughter has been accorded Rs. 2,000/- per mensem. It is next submitted that there is no unimpeachable evidence on record to prove the income of the revisionist being a colonizer. It is next submitted that the revisionist is already paying Rs. 2,000/- per mensem towards interim maintenance in the domestic violence case.
