- Instant revision has been preferred for enhancement of interim maintenance granted by the Family Court vide its order impugned dated 26.02.2024.
- It is submitted that a very meager amount i.e. Rs. 800/- has been granted to the minor daughter who is a school going child. Apart from that, Rs. 3000/- is granted to the revisionist no.1 (wife) which is also very less amount to maintain herself.
- Matter requires consideration.
- Opposite party no.1 is represented through learned A.G.A.
- Let notice be issued to opposite party no.2 fixing 02.12.2024 as the date. In the meantime, both the parties shall exchange their respective affidavits, if any.
- It is made clear that pendency of the instant revision will not impede the further proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. going on before the Family Court.
