Hon'ble Sanjay Kumar Singh,J.
- The order dated 16.04.2024 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 6, Prayagraj, in Complaint Case No. 54/XII of 2023 (Sandeep Kumar Vs. Ramesh Kumar and others), whereby the revisionist has been summoned to face trial, is the subject matter of challenge in the present criminal revision.
- On the matter being taken up, Mr. Manoj Pathak, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the revisionist does not want to press this criminal revision, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same.
- Learned Additional Government Advocate for the State has no objection to such prayer of the revisionist.
- In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the revisionist at the Bar, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as not pressed.
