Learned counsel for the revisionist fairly states that as on today, sum of Rs3,90,000/- is due to be paid to opposite party no.2-wife towards the arrears of maintenance awarded by the court below. She further states that the monthly maintenance of Rs.15,000/- is being regularly paid to the wife.
Learned counsel for the revisionist states that the arrears of Rs.3,90,000/- shall be cleared by the revisionist in four equal monthly installments.
The position of arrears, as stated by the learned counsel for the revisionist, is not disputed by the opposite party no.2.
