By means of the instant revision, a challenge has been made to judgement and order dated 17.08.2024 passed by Special Judge, Children Court, Rae Bareli in Criminal Appeal No.53 of 2024 arising out of Crime No.305 of 2021 under Sections 364, 302, 201, 34 IPC at police station Nasirabad, District Raibareli by means of which appeal filed by the revisionist has been rejected and the revisionist has also challenged the order dated 29.05.2024 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board by which the prayer for bail of revisionist has been dismissed.
