Under challenge is the order dated 21.06.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, POSCO Act, Bahraich in Case No. 240/12/2024 Inre; Neetu Vs. Anil Kumar Singh, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the revision by the Investigating Officer had been summoned by the learned trial Court for trial under Section 166 (a) (b) of the I.P.C.
Learned AGA after arguing at some length confines his prayer to the extent that the Investigating Officer may be permitted to raise legal objections before the learned trial Court which may be directed to be considered in accordance with law.
Considering the aforesaid, the revision is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
