Heard Shri Lalu Prasad Bhatt, learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.
After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for revisionist prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the revision with liberty to pursue other remedies that may be available to him under law.
Learned counsel for respondents has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the revisionist.
Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
