Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. and Shri Amit Tiwari, learned counsels for the respondents.
At the very outset, learned counsels appearing for the contesting parties state that in case the matter is referred to mediation center of this Court then there is every likelihood of the parties settling the matter amongst themselves.
At this stage Shri Amit Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 and 3 states that as of date an amount of Rs 1.5 lakhs is outstanding due to be paid by the revisionist in pursuance to the order of learned family court and further the revisionist is also not paying the amount as has been fixed as maintenance towards the respondents no. 2 and 3.
Responding to that Shri O.P. Tiwari, learned counsel for the revisionist fairly states that the revisionist would deposit Rs 50000 before this Court in order to show his bona fide which amount would be deposited within two weeks and the revisionist would also continue to pay the monthly amount as has been fixed by learned family court till such time the matter is settled before mediation center of this Court.
