The present petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the FIR dated 14.12.2024 bearing FIR/Case Crime No.200/2024 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 307, 327 of I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of the Muslim Women (Protection of Right of Marriage), Act, Police StationKaiserbagh, District-Lucknow.
At the outset, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this is a case of matrimonial dispute and the petitioner (in the Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.9985 of 2024) proposes to go for mediation and to show his bonafide, he will produce a bank draft of Rs.30,000 (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) in favour of the respondent No.4 i.e. Smt. Simran Siraz wife of Saif Rashid (petitioner) by 03.01.2025 and the present petitioners are the family members of the petitioner (in the Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.9985 of 2024).
In view thereof, on the request made by learned Counsel for the petitioners, list/put up this case on 03.01.2025.
Till the next date of listing, the petitioners shall not be arrested in the aforesaid case crime subject to full cooperation in the investigation.
