Learned A.G.A. has filed counter affidavit today in Court and the same is taken on record.

Heard Sri Desh Deepak Singh, Advocate, Sri Raju Bhatnagar, Advocate, Sri Divyanshu Bhatt, Advocate, Sri Agni Sen, Advocate and Sri Savyasachi Saumitra, Advocate for petitioner and learned A.G.A. for State.

Learned A.G.A. states that in this case Final Report dated 10.12.2024 has been sent to the supervisory authority and the same is pending for consideration.

Learned counsel for petitioner prays that he may be permitted to file protest petition or to take appropriate remedy against the Final Report before the supervisory authority.

If petitioner has any grievance in respect of final report petitioner can express it by way of application before the supervisory authority within a period of ten days' from today, who shall consider the same and take decision in the matter in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
