Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned A.G.A., who is present for the State, on instructions, states that in this case, name of the petitioner has been dropped out during the course of investigation. He has also filed a short counter affidavit today in the Court, which is taken on record.
In view thereof, no further orders can be passed in the present writ petition.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of and is consigned to record.
This of course is without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to take appropriate available remedy as per law.
Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
