Present writ petition is filed by the petitioner for the following primary relief:-
"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the Respondents to forthwith arrest the accused/respondent no.5 to 8 in connection with the First Information Report dated 24.01.2023 registered at F.I.R. No.059/2023, Case Crime No.059/2023, under sections406, 419, 420, 504, 506 and added sections during investigation 467, 468, 471, 120B of I.P.C. at Police Station-P.G.I., District-Lucknow, in the interest of justice, as contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition."
