Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for respondent no.3; learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the material on record.
The writ petition has been filed praying for quashing the F.I.R. dated 10.09.2024 giving rise to Case Crime No. 409 of 2024, under Sections 69, 352, 351(2), 351(3) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Nawabganj, District- Bareilly.
Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that parties have entered into compromise out of the court.
Learned counsel for respondent no.3 has filed counter affidavit stating that the parties have settled their dispute out of the court and they do not want to proceed with the case and respondent no. 3 has no objection to quashing the impugned F.IR.
In view of the above, the impugned FIR is hereby quashed.
This writ petition is allowed.
