Heard learned learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:-
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Party no-2 to & 3 to take appropriate action against the opp. Parties no-4 to 7 and punish them accordingly."
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that two minor daughters of the petitioner have been harassed by the respondent nos.4 & 5, who are Head Constables and posted at Police Station Jalalpur, District Ambedkar Nagar.
Issue notice to respondent nos.4 to 7.
The petitioner shall take steps within a week.
List this case after six weeks on 02.04.2024.
In the meantime, pleadings be exchanged between the parties.
The Superintendent of Police Ambedkar Nagar shall get an enquiry conducted and file his personal affidavit with regard to the allegations made in the writ petition.
