"Case called out. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. However, learned counsel for the side opposite is not present.

In view of above, the case is adjourned today.

List/put up this case in the week commencing 16.12.2024.

Taking note of nature of dispute involved in this case, it would be apt to observe here that the case would not be adjourned on the next date of listing on any ground and appropriate orders would be passed in first call even in absence of learned counsel for the parties."
