came to rescue the alleged victim, all the injuries received by the victim are simple in nature and she was medically examined after two days of the alleged incident. He further submitted that in case the said incident was taken place in a close vicinity, no offence of SC/ST Act is made out. He further submitted that as the appellant is in jail since 4.11.2023 and charge sheet has already been filed and there is no possibility of tampering of any evidence, hence, the appellant is entitled for bail.
(i) Fifty percent of fine imposed by the trial court shall be deposited by the appellant-applicant at the time of his release/(i) Fine imposed by the trial Court shall remain stayed during the pendency of the appeal. .
(ii) The appellant-applicant shall cooperate in the disposal of appeal without seeking unnecessary adjournment.
(iii) The appellant-applicant shall not indulge in any criminal activity or commission of any crime after being released on bail.
