This Criminal Appeal has been preferred under Section 14-A (1) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 to direct trial court to expedite and conclude the trial of S.S.T. No. 211 of 2019 passed in order dated 21.03.2023 (State of U.P. Versus Mahesh Chandra Verma and others) in Case Crime No. 127 of 2019, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Section 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST Act, Police Station-Derapur Kanpur Dehat, District-Kanpur Dehat which is pending before Additional District/Session Judge, Court No. 2/Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Kanpur Ramabai Nagar, Kanpur Dehat within a period of six months from the production of certified copy of the order of this Hon'ble Court.
