Summon the trial court record.

Learned A.G.A.-I has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party No.1.

Let notice be issued to opposite party No.2 by R.P.A.D.

Steps be taken within a week from today.

Learned A.G.A.-I as well as the opposite party No. 2 may file counter affidavit within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within one week thereafter.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant Neetu Yadav @ Geeta has already been granted interim bail by the learned trial court vide order dated 22.02.2024.

Accordingly, it is directed that till the next date of listing, the appellant Neetu Yadav @ Geeta shall remain on interim bail with the same terms and conditions as imposed by the learned trial court while granting the interim bail to the appellant.
