- At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that learned counsel for the respondent no.2 has already been granted time for filing counter affidavit vide order dated 15.04.2024, but till today no counter affidavit has been preferred by him.
- As a matter of last opportunity, two weeks further time is hereby extended in favour of respondent no.2 for filing counter affidavit, who is not present even in the revised list. One week thereafter for rejoinder affidavit, if any.
- Sri Uttam Singh, learned counsel for the appellant is hereby requested to intimate this order in writing to learned counsel for the respondent no.2.
- Put up this case as fresh on 25.09.2024 .
