At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that due to inadvertence, the appellant could not implead the Child Welfare Committee through its Chairman and High Court Legal Service Authority, High Court Lucknow Bench, Lucknow as opposite parties. He, thus, prays for and is permitted to implead the Child Welfare Committee through its Chairman and High Court Legal Service Authority, High Court Lucknow Bench, Lucknow as opposite parties nos.3 and 4, respectively, during the course of the day.
Admit.
Summon the trial Court record.
Issue notice to opposite party nos.2 to 4, returnable at an early date.
Steps be taken within a week.
Let the objections be filed to the bail application within three weeks to which response, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter.
