1. At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant is directed to amend the description of respondent No.2 in a manner to disclose the name and parentage of complainant of Case Crime No.353 of 2022 during course of the day.

2. Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent No.1.

3. The instant criminal appeal under Section 14A(1) of SC/ST Act has been filed by the appellant with a prayer to set aside the impugned summoning order dated 16.11.2023 passed by Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Lucknow in Sessions Case No.3326 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No.353 of 2022, under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Sections 3(1)(da) and 3(1)(dha) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Wazirganj, District Lucknow as well as charge-sheet dated 07.09.2023.

4. Submission of learned counsel for the appellant is that the respondent No.2 has lodged a false case against the present appellant, who was a named accused in the First Information Report bearing No.0353 of 2022 which was lodged on
