1. Learned counsel for the appellants and learned AGA for State-respondent no.1 are present.

This is an appeal filed by the appellant seeking suspension of sentence awarded to the appellant vide impugned judgment and order dated 15.10.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/ Fast Track Court Naveen/ Rape and POCSO Act, District Gonda in Special Sessions Trial No.577 of 2023, whereby the sole appellant has been convicted for offence under Sections 354, 506 IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act, police station Katra Bazar, District Faizabad/Gonda.

4. Summon trial court records.

5. Issue notice to opposite party nos.2 to 4, returnable at an early date.

6. Steps be taken within a week.

7. List this case in the week commencing 20.01.2025 along with service report.

8. Attention of this Court has been drawn towards the fact that the appellant was on interim bail granted to him vide order dated 15.10.2024. It is directed that till the next date of listing,

the appellant shall remain on interim bail on the aforesaid terms.

9. It is directed that by the next date of listing, the appellant shall deposit the entire amount of fine imposed against him by the learned Trial Court vide impugned judgment and order dated 15.10.2024 before the trial Court concerned.

10. In the meanwhile, objections be filed by the opposite parties.
