By means of instant appeal challenge has been made to impugned judgment and order dated 30.09.2024, passed by Special Judge, POCSO Act/ Additional Session Judge, Court No.11, Unnao in Special Sessions Trial No.561 of 2021 in Case Crime No.191 of 2020 under Sections 376AB, 376(2)(N), 377 IPC and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, police station Barasagwar, District Unnao.
