Learned counsel for the appellants states that after his conviction by the learned trial Court vide order dated 29.07.2024 the appellants have been given a punishment of three years rigorous imprisonment in jail. He further contends that the appellants have been granted interim bail by the learned trial Court vide order dated 29.07.2024, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the application for bail.
Considering the aforesaid, interim bail is extended till the next date of listing.
