Learned counsel for the appellant states that by means of the impugned judgment and order dated 06.7.2024 the appellant has only been convicted under the provisions of Section 376 and 368 IPC. The appellant has not been convicted under the provisions of POCSO Act. Considering the aforesaid, there is no occasion to issue notice to respondent No.2.
Learned A.G.A. prays for and is granted 6 weeks to file objectionscounter affidavit, to which reply may be filed within next two weeks. List thereafter.
