- At the very outset, learned counsel submitted that both the parties entered into a compromise reduced in writing on dated 09.03.2024 which has already been filed before learned court of Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Kannauj.
- Learned court of Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Kannauj is hereby directed to verify the compromise dated 09.03.2024 on appearance of both the parties and report accordingly so that the matter may be adjudicated on the basis of compromise.
- List on 13.11.2024.
- However, it is made clear that till the next date of listing, no coercive action shall be initiated against the appellant.
