- Learned counsel for appellant submitted that he has already received counter affidavit filed on behalf of State but no counter affidavit has been preferred on behalf of opposite party no.2.
- Sri Anurag Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 prayed for and is granted four weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Two weeks' time is also extended in favour of learned counsel for appellant to prefer rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit filed by the State and he shall also prefer rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit which would be filed by learned counsel for opposite party no.2 within the said period.
- List this matter after six weeks.
